Just watched it... (contains spoilers)

...and thought it was bad.

It didn't even start well but I think it hit rock bottom with the hotel room scene on the first night in Venice. So it's Angelina Jolie. She's supposed to be sexy. We get it! Even Johnny Depp can't help dreaming of her. We get it!

It seemed to get better during the boat chase scene on the canal. I actually got my hopes up there but I was disappointed. It got worse again and by the end we were back to rock bottom. The tourist is Alexander? Really? I'm shocked!

I did suspect it to be him when they 'met' on the train but a few scenes later I thought "Nah, the movie can't be THAT cheap / predictable." Turns out it was. I was thinking "What if she's behind it all? What if Alexander doesn't exist (anymore)?" It's a Hollywood movie with two A-list stars! Didn't help it though. The movie is indeed that predictable.

I would have given the movie some credit if Elise had been faking Alexander's existence and we would have learned that at the end.

That being said I don't think the acting perfomances were bad but the movie choice was.
