It's like he is wants to say, wath are you doing here or something like that. Or he looks like he knew him.
I actually love the concierge. I took him being surprised that she was "married" as I'm sure his instructions didn't mention a "husband" and that not only is she married, but it's to that schlub! lol
I also loved when he gets distracted by her beauty as he's describing the accomodations and his conversation drifts off. The look Frank gives him is priceless.
