When this film came out in 2010 I was interested in seeing it. However, the critics convinced me to avoid this film.. It turns out I was wrong to listen to them, because I loved this movie..
The only reason I watched this movie was because of my recently developed crush on Angelina Jolie (courtesy of Maleficent). But I really enjoyed this movie.. I didn't see the twist coming.
What did you like/dislike about the movie?
The first scenes before they meet on the train made me think I had made a mistake in renting it, but it got better, and the twist fooled me, too. It's one of those movies where the second watch is the best. I just think some people see it as nothing more than a vanity piece.

shareBeats me. It's one of my faves. Are there little errors, sure. But as a whole, it's a pretty good movie. I like it's elegance send simplicity. I like the absence of car chases and explosions.
shareThere was nothing to it. The story was stupid and boring; pay me money and I guarantee I can write a better story despite having zero experience in screenwriting. They got NOTHING out of the main pair, no chemistry between them whatsoever. Even Depp seemed bored. I liked seeing 007, but they gave him only like five minutes of screen time. The twist didn't really surprise me because I considered that possibility MANY TIMES during the movie.
