The child actor
I wonder if it is good for the child actor, especially middle Kevin to play such a role. They had to explain the psychopathy to the boy in some way. I wouldn't allow my child to play that role.

You ever hear about "The Shining"?
Danny Lloyd, the child actor who played Danny Torrance, didn't know he was in a horror film. He never saw the actual film until he was a teenager. He absolutely didn't know about the creepy ghost twins - to him, they were a couple of nice British child actors he played with and ate lunch with.
In this film, it's easy to imagine he was just told to stare at the camera and pout. Tilda's words and screams could've been added in after the fact.
