Rate it out of 10 if you've seen it. I'm just curious.
shareThe dialog seemed stiff at times, the storyline was good but predictable and the ending was just ok...
Besides that the gore was done well and it had some nice production value however it had some pacing issues.
I would say 5 out of 10.
Nothing to exciting and still enjoy part 1 the best.
I like the concept of time travel and would possibly like to see another installment to the franchise.
3/10 the first was great the sequels are lame

3 out of 10.
It wasn't really a good movie, but had a few decent scenes here and there.
The so called butterfly effects they did in the movie were completly random. Unlike the first movie of the series, where all but one of the butterfly effects made complete sense.
3 or 4.
It was extremely predictable, didn't really tell us much about the actual 'butterfly effect' (e.g. the whole brain-tumor thing) it was just a time-traveling movie. If it didn't have the title 'Butterfly Effect 3' most wouldn't even have guessed it was in any way related to the first movie.
This movie was better than the second one, but nowhere near the first.
Looking at this movie as a 'stand-alone' movie, I would give it a 3 or 4, but if your comparing it to the first B.E., I would give it a 2, and the second B.E. a 1.
Rachel Miner's performance was better then decent, and the male lead was hot, plus they had a very attractive female cast. The killing-scenes were very well done. I think thats pretty much the only good things about the movie.
4, because Rachel Miner pulls off a decent performance again. She was good in Penny Dreadful and Tooth and Nail, although I didn't see Cult.
shareRate 7 was surprised how good it was as a time travel movie, a bit raw at times but good. I was turned off after seeing Butterfly Effect 2. This could have been a stand a lone movie under a different title. I guess using the current title got people watch it and debate

I can't believe that people are rating it down because it has nothing to do with the first movie.
That's unebelievable.
All the sequels have something to do with people in this Butterflyverse getting granted universe altering powers by causing butterfly effects. I can accept ratings down for slight lack of plot, cinematography work and the general discourse of the sequels, but this is definitely the better one.
Also, the lot of you are comparing it to your beloved first instalment when I suspect most of you don't even know there's one of the largest plot holes in cinema history sunk right into the middle of it.
For me, it was hard to rate. I came in expecting dreck and actually got a solid movie. Somewher predictable, but with decent acting and good direction. Do you take that into account?
So, seven out of ten?
