who killed rebeca first?
before she become a serial killer, was always jenna?
shareYeah, it was always Jenna because first Jenna lived through her life with Sam going with Rebeca, and she had no one, so she jumped back and killed her.

This confused me at first too, because I kept thinking that Sam would remember having this whole life with Rebecca, but he only remembers alternate things when he messes with time. If his sister went back to kill her, he would be changed as well. It's confusing, but so far I haven't seen any real plot holes.
shareit's because Jenna jumped back and killed Rebecca, so Sam never got to live a life with Rebecca, so that's why he doesn't remember it.

the weird thing is why only kill Rebecca in the original timeline?
but then when he changed things she became a serial killer?
because he was developing relationships with the women and the sister got jealous
shareyea but why the first time around she only killed the first one?? i mean what changed for her to kill the other sister and the other women??
sharethe first time around he didnt meet all the other women....its only when he started running around investigating that he met all the other women.
well yea those specific women... but are we to believe he didn't meet any other women in the original timeline?? i mean was he so depressed originally that he never went out ever??
sharei had the same question! didn't sam have girlfriends in the original timeline? why did girls start dying only after we see him jump to save rebecca. if jenna kills anyone sam likes, then other murders would have taken place.
shareIn the original timeline Sam went out with Rebecca, and Jenna jumped back and killed Rebecca because she was cheating on Sam. Then Sam was living with no Rebecca and met another woman, and then Jenna jumped back and killed her, and then it just went on from there. Every time Jenna would kill someone Sam would meet someone else.

Actually, year later (!!!), I would suggest that she always killed them, it's just that the Pontiac Killer moniker wasn't attached before. As was mentioned, when he starts investigating, the pattern becomes more clear.
