Unfortunately, yes. Ironically, some of the most flagrant acts of stupidity on the part of the government in "Atlas Shrugged," were caused by private businesses who wanted to use the.government to get an advantage over a competitor. For example, forcing thr Phoenix Durango railway out of business to give Taggert Transcontinental a monopoly. This is ethically no better than the Koch brothers running the government for its own good.
