fear tactics used by all...including Moore
I just love how part of his criticism of the different administrations over the years was their use of "fear tactics" to further their own political agendas, especially when the film ended and his plea included his own fear tactic to further his own agenda. That means he doesn't consider himself any different. He just wants his own piece of the pie.
