She looked pretty in the earlier part of the film when they feminized her almost beyond recognition.

After the transformation she was as unattractive as she usually is, and by the very end, so haggard it was frightening.

I agree with the OP. Swinton is in a class of her own. I love that she's not plastered in make up for awards ceremonies.

I liked her upper crust female look in the beginning. The close up of her subtle eyeliner in soft colors, the longer hair, the tailored clothing. She looked nice.

The daughter, Betta, looked so much like Swinton I thought it was Swinton making out with Georgio the first time we see Betta at the party. She has that timeless, classic beauty too.
