I dont understand the premise?

What does bear the clone of her dead beloved mean? Does that mean her husband is dead and she had sex with the clone and is going to give birth to that child?

But the "mother" he had sex with is only his surrogate mother, for he shares NO DNA with her. So, she's really only his mother in a psychological sense (his "real" mother is, genetically speaking, the older woman who visits him). One could even say that any incestuous feelings in this case are erroneous, and that it is in genetic fact NOT incest. But, it's really a semantic matter.

What the film seems to be saying is that what we believe and feel is or can be as important as what is literally true, even if or when our beliefs and feelings contradict the truth...

...which is why this film is so interesting.

Genetic incest, I guess not, but definitely familial and psychological incest, yes! If a step-parent has sex with their non-genetic child, it's still incest. I don't really know if there's much psychological difference between the two - not much, probably, because it's just an extremely traumatic event regardless. But I have read something about pheromones making it less likely that genetically related people would actually be attracted to each other - but I think psychology wins out on this one. It just happens too often - societies, even primitive ones, try very hard to find un-related people to marry.

I've been reading "The Body Never Lies - The Lingering Effects of Cruel Parenting," by famous psychologist Alice Miller. She write about famous people like Virginia Woolf who were victims of incest or abuse - it's fascinating.

Ssssshh! You'll wake up the monkey!
