Ouch. Painful film.

Although the conclusion of the film is inevitable, there's really no amount of preparation for the sting delivered at the end. The film was extremely painful to watch -- I felt incredibly bad for pretty much all the characters. Ouch.

This film definitely didn't hold back at all.

Yes, difficult to watch, no doubt, but I think everyone is forgetting the main purpose of this movie (in my opinion): the controversial question about cloning - or not - human beings. It deals with some hard issues, here, although I feel that Tommy2 had very few things related with Tommy1 (due to upbringing, a different life, etc etc), so I guess cloning has to do more with the fact that they are physically similar but not much more... an idea reinforced by the way Tommy1's mother seems to not be able to recognize his son in Tommy2, despite the similarities - 2 different persons. Anyway, a thought provoking film.

i liked that the movie took risks, after seeing so many movies i don't like to watch movies that don't show me anything new, they feel like a waste of time to me

so based on that alone the movie deserves some credit

so many movies, so little time
