How big is Pierce Brosnan's role?

I was wondering how much he's in the movie.

Supporting role. Maybe 1 page of dialogue put all together.

"Oh, my God. Bear is driving! How can that be?!"

Not even supporting. More of a cameo walk-on. He wasn't even the main bad guy. They sort of wrote him in as co-main-bad-guy.

Quite small, but he has multiple appearances. I remember being like "Holy shyte, Pierce Brosnan is in this?!" the first time I watched it.

I actually didn't know he was in this at all. HOT FUZZ had Timothy Dalton, and this one has Pierce Brosnan. Two former Bonds in this trilogy. Too bad they couldn't get any of the others for SHAUN OF THE DEAD.

I had read a review that said an ex Bond was in it and thought it meant an another role for Timothy Dalton but when I saw Pierce Brosnan I roared out with laughter. He is very good in the part which Edgar Wright said was based on his drama teacher who had a great influence on him and can be seen in Hot Fuzz as one of the Judges for the town of the year contest.

You see him near the beginning. He gets a long speech and cameo. He also turns up near the end.
