Oscar worthiness
Sandra Bullock and Halle Berry won Oscars and I would say they are barely above Jessica Alba on the acting scale. I think the chances of her getting nominated are even greater. She needs to do an Oscar bait movie, something borderline Indie with maybe one other acting heavy hitter to play off of. I thought the one she did with Kate Hudson and Casey Affleck was that movie, but it got lost in the shuffle of other much better actresses. In a year where there are few to no oscar worthy performances that would be the perfect time for Alba to win.
