As the Oakland A's are forced out of Oakland and relocated to Las Vegas (and a quick pitstop in Sacramento), I dive into the real problems within the franchise (it's not Moneyball).

The "real problems with the franchise" is simple - location, location, location (with apologies to Tom Vu) - it's Oakland.

The first problem is that Oakland is a shithole that coddles criminals and the second is that Oakland didn't support the team in the last 30 years. Even in playoff years they couldn't get weekend crowds as big as many franchises week night games.
