I saw an episode of Friends just now and Brad Pitt's ex-wife Jennifer Aniston said basically the same thing Pitt's character said. She said something along the lines of "I'm lower than rock bottom. Below rock bottom there's 50 feet of crap and then there's me". Lol, thought it was interesting cos you don't often hear that being said.
