I feel like there needs to be some closure between Rambo and Teasle, maybe a scene where Teasle acknowledges that even though he hates him for Galts death acknowledges that he mistreated him and a war hero should never be treated the way he did. Brian Dennehy is still alive so this is still a possibility.
