Just watched it for about my 4th time and god damn it just reaches out to me so much. Loved the cast and the music in te movie and the directing is incredible. After seeming the trailer I knew it was going to be a great film.
shareAs soon as I saw the trailer for it,I knew I had to see it. I love Christian Bale, so I'd have watched it regardless, but the entire cast is so great. I recommend it to everyone. I don't see how anyone wouldn't like this film.
shareYeah I don't know why this movie isnt rated higher but apparently people like garbage nowadays. I saw in the theater and bought it on Blu ray and I have watched it probably 6 times at least. It was filmed around where I live and it definitely struck a chord with me somehow. I love every aspect of it.
shareloved it. Especially the Willem Dafoe line "church ain't over until they put the snakes back in the bag". Its a hard-hitting and badass movie and it's too bad the rating is bogus. Maybe people just don't like dark movies, where main characters are killed off
