The Dead Outside is a jewel in the rough. Meaning it's a low budget, slow burning, yet moving film that is worthwhile if given the chance. It can move slowly at times, I found watching it while I was working made the slow moments go by quicker, and the dialog, chemistry, acting, all paid off.

At first blush it might seem like a typical pandemic movie in the style of 28 Days Later, but in ways it's better. It's a film about humanity.

Thank you for taking the time to watch the movie and comment about it. The focus was the characters, and although some people think it is slow, building around those characters was very important.
