The Seed?

So early on when you see Furiosa has the seed/pit/pip and was told my her 'mum' to plant it in her memory(or something similar)
She keeps this for years under her hair and when she cuts it off to make a wig for herself Im guessing the seed is still there as when Rictus grabs her by the hair and the wig comes off he throws it away and it lands on stick on the cliff then you see it grows into a plant/bush.
However later on you see her with and seed and then plants it at the end of the film.

Was there more then one seed or was it not thrown away with the wig earlier on?

the plant was already on the cliff to catch the wig.

Ah right thanks, didn't think that was the a plant it landed on but it makes sense.

She took the seed out and hid it in her mouth when she cut her hair.

It was not in the wig when Rictus took it.

The wig got caught on a plant that was already growing from the side of the cliff.

Ah right thanks, i thought it was in the wig and it got caught on a branch then grew, didn't think that was the a plant it landed on.
