I wonder which Streaming service will turn Harry Potter into an Exclusive series

I guess they would need the ok from whoever owns the rights to do a series. I would like to see a series.

HBO Max because Warner has the rights. I wonder why they havent developed a tv show set in the Potterverse yet,like Disney did with The Mandalorian

I assume they would need to get permission from J.K. Rowling before doing that.
