Did you notice that the people who were fired in that movie were not the supermodels of the working world. They were the frumpy, old, ugly, overweight, ethnic, and colored members of the workforce.
I wonder how much that mirrors the real world.
One fired guy was an actor I recognize, he was in the state farm commercials

everyone that you dont actually see talking with ryan or natalie are real people that were recently fired. apparently they were asked to just talk about how they felt when they were fired and what they would have liked to have said and that kind of thing
...and he won an Oscar last night.
