Truly one of my favorite movies of all time.

Just watched this puppy for about the fifth time. Couldn't agree more. Pitch perfect performances from the whole cast, top to bottom. Directing, music...everything works.

Jason Bateman gets an Oscar one day for a dramatic role. Bet the farm on it. It's all right there.

Jason Bateman was great as his boss, he was cold, corporate but still understanding about Ryan's issues.

Agree wholeheartedly. Perfect film that seems to get better every time I watch.

I think it's a great movie, but I think people get the point wrong. They put too much emphasis on the downsizing thing but really it's about how people deal with aging and change.

Absolutely. Have watched this film dozens of times. I never tire of it.
