Theatrical Cut/Directors cut?

I own "Up In The Air" on Blu-Ray and I've seen it countless times.

I was scrolling through my TV guide and saw it playing on "Showtime" so I decided to watch. I noticed a NUMBER of different/added scenes while watching on cable rather than the Blu-ray.

My question is..

Are there 2 different cuts of the film?
