So what do you all think is happening to Butcher?
How did he kill Ezekiel?
Do you think he'll actually die or is there still a chance that he might become a supe?

He won’t die. They have another season left. The show won’t go on without him

The worm inside him likely killed Ezekiel

Think the supe formula went to his cancer and made it stronger. It became it's own thing and growing stronger while he is getting weaker. He blacks out and is tired a lot so maybe it is doing things when he is sleeping(Fight Club ish). Maybe not that far. It has infected his mind making Becca do his bidding.
