Would this work better as an HBO Show?
Where we get get an anthology series (much like american horror story) where we get a series of stories of different people fighting Predators throughout history. But maybe we start backwards? Like we see Predators fighting Humans in the future, our current films are the "now", we see them stalking soldiers in vietnam, we see pirates/sailors encountering them, we see this film a native american tribe fighting what they think is the Wendigo (Predator), then we see spartan warriors battling an angry titan (predator), then we get samurai trying to protect their Daimyo from a demon spirit (predator). Maybe we get thrown a curveball and suddenly a Predator shows up in the mythical city of Atlantis or Lemuria and we see strange technology created by humans that has been lost to time? What if we see cavemen encountering the first Predator or what if Ridley Scott gets on board and we actually see the Predators attempting to fight the Engineers that are about to "seed" planet earth with life???
The fun of the anthology series is that we can get these stories over a full season or they can be spaced out for several episodes, depending on how unique the story and how much can be told. This way we as the audience are never quite sure the story will take a full season and they dont fall into those awful outlines were we get a lot of filler and dont get a conclusion until the season final episodes. Also it would be kept interesting that the humans do not prevail in every story...
