Similar books or films about bullying or victimisation?

Aside from the obsessive behaviour of Miss G the most fascinating part of this film for me was the victimisation of the character Fiamma. The bullying was very cleverly done - belittling her, followed by befriending her, followed by the pack mentality at the climax of the film.

I haven't read the book (currently eagerly awaiting delivery from Amazon) but I was wondering if anyone could recommend films or books to me that deal with the pack mentality of girls and victimisation and bullying?

I see you want bully in girls in particular, but the only film I can think of that deals with a similar, though almost reversed situation, is called Bully. It's based on the true story of teens in Florida who plot to murder a friend of theirs who bullies them. It is certainly much much more disturbing than Cracks, so be forewarned.
