Who was the 'beastly foreigner'?

When Fiamma chased by Miss G.,
Di, who witnesses Fiamma being seduced, blinded by jealousy, said "She (Fiamma) seduced that beastly foreigner and now she's seduced our Miss G."

Till the end we see that almost no male character in this movie.
Who was the "beastly foreigner" mentioned by Di?

When the girls walking together, just after Fiamma's arrival, she still wearing the orange blazer. Lily gossiping about a young and handsome father named Mr. Du Toit, his name is supposed to be French, while the school is in Britain. Di also seems jealous of Miss G. to this man, because she quickly told Lily to stop talking, but ignored.
Di said, "It's absolute tosh. Lily, stop making a show of yourself."
He is the foreigner mentioned by Di, although not seen in the scene play

Please note that the phrase "She (Fiamma) seduced that ..." is only a connotative, sometime said by someone angry.

I think Di was refurring to Pablo, Fiamma's friend/boyfriend in Spain.

Only Rossie that know about Pablo, when she reads Fiamma's letter in classroom.
Rossie is to young to be a gossip girl, so the information could not be known by Di. Moreover, Rossie is not belong to the axis side of the gang, trio Di, Poppy, and Lily that always bully Fiamma.

More speculation about Fiamma past with this Pablo guy.
Do you realize why Fiamma choose to tell story about "escaping daughter of king with a sultan", is it actually mention to Fiamma herself?
