Scene shows the institutionalsation of Miss G (Spoilers)

Watching it for a second time I noticed near the end, when Miss G is settling into her hotel room she counts the items she has put on her nightstand, to make sure that there are only five.
This subtle (and rather sad) touch shows just how institutionalised she has become, going from in-pupil to teacher and knowing of no other world.

"Everybody in the WORLD, is bent"

Really felt like she looked at herself more as another student than teacher for sure.

We actually get it long before that. It's clear that Miss G has lied through her teeth about all her "so-called" adventures when she tells the ferryman, "No thank you, I don't care for open water." Even earlier, when Fiamma calls her out on stealing her story from a bestselling novel. And the way she acts when she's out getting food for Fiamma in the towns, all jumpy and anxious. Yeah, it's pretty clear long before the end that she is instituitionalized.

I remember two things very clearly: I am a great sinner and Christ is a great Savior.
