Does anyone know by chance if this film will get more than a limited release? I've seen or heard nothing since it got its limited release. The film looks and sounds good and am eager to see it. Anyone heard anything on this?
shareCan't imagine it will. The critics really gave it a beat-down; when that happens, the distributor will usually decline to take it wider. It's tough business.

Well hopefully if it doesn't get a wider release they'll put it out on DVD faster so I can see it.

I don't give a heck about critics. There were certainly other reasons than critics "high-valued" opinions.
Then again recollect how they treated The Fight Club when it was just released or Gladiator.
