Beyond A Reasonable Plot -Possible Spoiler-

For instance , why would the friend character go to the trial on the day where they would present the important evidence to free the newspaper guy and not bring the disc???It's at that point I really began to slap palm against forehead...

beefus, I wondered that as well! Also when CJ was in the court room saying that the only evidence that could exonerate him was the missing DVD I thought - how did the DVD come to be made??? There should have been a project or two on a computer or a hard drive somewhere containing the DVD footage!

The whole thing was bad, the 'twist' was predictable as soon as you saw the dead body was a black female, you just knew straight away.

As for the DVD, why did he even have one at home, and one in the bank, surely he would have just been carrying it around with him at all times anyway so he could produce it as soon as required.

This film made me angry, especially the corny final scene "I have nothing else to say to you"....... *stops at the door* "actually one more thing... *beep* YOU".

PURE CHEESE.

I was thinking that too... if not on a DVD - what about a flash drive? There are a million ways to have that footage - why only have two copies? And why didn't he carry it around with him? I would have... and that '*beep* you' line at the end - what was that? It made no sense.... And what about 'double jeapody'?

The movie could have been soooo good.

Plot holes galore. Lazy writing and direction. Avoid at all costs and seek out the far superior original.
