What law did CJ break?

At the end of the movie,CJ's girlfriend betrayed CJ and called the police.

Yes,CJ made a fake news report video, but it's not againt the criminal law, right?
Even it's illegal in some degree,it's not so urgent to call 911 and get arrested immediately.

Can you explain,thank you.

Ella recognizes the tattoos on the Shreveport murder victim's fingers as being the same tattoos that show on the fingers of the subject of his Buffalo investigative report.

He really did kill the girl, who was blackmailing him because he faked the investigative report. THEN, he planted the evidence for the police to find, figuring that he would get exonerated for a crime he actually did commit.

reply

I think he did not kill that girl. He couldn't have bean bitten two times, in fact he wasn't bitten until before he bought that tiny dog.

Now the real question is, who killed that girl.

reply

You found a plot-hole indeed, but he did kill the girl.

reply

Yes, exactly, do they show somewhere him being bitten by the dog ? Or just him going "Ouch" in the other room for his friend to see ??

This plot is really smart but when it hits you in the end is sort of too sudden to really sunk in. I think the movie would've probably been much better had they dedicated more time to the ending part...it just goes down abruptly with a *beep* Y** line that seems to come out of one of Bruce Willis's or Stallone's early movies..

"...Pierce,there is a fine line between fun and imbecility, and you just pole-vaulted over it..."

reply

This is not a plot hole, fools. We never saw him get bitten the second time. He tells his partner to grab a beer and then he goes into the living room while his partner is in the kitchen. He just screams in the other room and then tells his partner that the dog bit him. Neither we nor his partner saw the dog actually bite him.

BTW, this is one of the worst movies I've ever seen.

And to the fool who started this post: CJ killed the girl! If you didn't get that, I think you should stop watching movies.

reply

what if there are more than one person in this world with that type of tattoo...just sayin...

reply

um, murder

reply

LOL. Yes James, brevity is the soul of wit.

Better question; are you a troll, or are you just really, really, really, REALLY stupid?

reply

I still find it highly unlikely that she connects the dots together enough to instantly find out that he's a murderer after she has been believing him all of this time.
