How is the will not proof Carol did it?

She had the will and everything stolen, then the new power of attorney gives the will and everything and it says upon my death or disappearance, literally no other will in the history of the world has ever had "Upon my disappearance" in it.

I mean to me its the most cut and dry case ever, he was gonna divorce her and she was gonna end up with nothing, then he vanishes without a trace and she ends up with everything. And for some reason his will plans for if he disappears one day.....

And this bitch just laughs about the accusations, she doesn't seem hurt or mad about any of it, she just laughs "haha oh i couldn't fit his hand in that meat grinder Hahaha".

And Joe is the one who ends up in prison over being talked into hiring someone to kill her after he was at the end of his rope and lost everything, which the guy didn't kill her so Joe didn't cause anyone to die. But he goes to prison while Carol remains free despite all the evidence that suggest she killed her husband.

agree, watch episode 2 at the 44:20 minute mark, Carol says "they speculate i fed him to the tigers, which is crazy"...... watch and listen, she does a very bad job at sounding convincing there, she really sound like she is lying !

Yeah, this part is super sus. And the fact that she doesn't even deny how it went down like what was described. I mean, breaking into the office, taking legal documents, changing them etc. How on Earth did she get away with that? Who were the witnesses to the change? I'm pretty sure there has to be at least 2 independents to witness so this sort of stuff doesn't happen.

Whether she fed him to the tigers, I don't know but she absolutely had something to do with his disappearance. Leaving the van with the keys at the airport is an amateur move.

She says the series painted her as a villain but everything about hers screams creepy and guilty. Laughing off serious questions. The whole "early, early, early" thing was like something she had rehearsed 100s of times in front of the mirror. Like she had watched a YouTube video about lying and picked a specific detail to keep on repeating in an effort to make it sound true.

Yes the "early, early, early" line is very obviously rehearsed, and the way she makes sure to quote those very specific words everytime she talks about her last time seeing him is obviously someone trying to say supposedly word for word what he said so it sounds true.

It just sounds like something the murderer came up with to as you said continue saying so it sounds true.

And leaving the van at the airport with the keys looks like something some amateur idiot would do to try and set it up to look like he flew away somewhere in a plane. If someone was gonna make themselves disappear so no one could find them why would he leave his fucking van right infront of the airport signaling where he was and where he took off?

And the bitch kept going on about "Oh he was flying illegally for years and he would fly under the radar cause he didn't have a license" trying to make us all think he for sure flew away and those are the reasons theres no record of him flying anywhere that day. Shes got the whole story worked out doesn't she?

Cause her plan was to set it up like he flew away and his plane crashed somewhere, and when she said "If he did crash somewhere over the ocean we'd likely never find him" oh aint that just perfect for you and your story Carol?

Another thing about flying. Sure, lets say he did fly illegally all the time so there were no flight records. And "he had a bunch of planes". How many planes? And there's one missing? Surely there will be a record of what planes he owned? Even if it was just for insurance purposes. Like guys that collect cars. They probably only drive a handful but they're going to have insurance on the rest in case of fire/theft etc. I find it hard to believe an intelligent guy like him just had planes sitting around uninsured.

This is not "proof". If you think that "proof" someone kill someone, our legal system will breakdown.
