What does David say when talking to himself?

I streamed the movie on my computer from Netflix, but I guess my speakers aren't good enough to hear really low sounds or whispers. I couldn't make out what he was saying when talking to himself. Did anyone catch that?

I also couldn't quite make out the words he was singing in the elevator at the end.

Whenever he talked to himself he was repeating the conversation that he just had, usually with Katie.

Durst was diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.

That would coincide with that 'repeating', otherwise known as 'echolalia'.
