Terrible, literally ripping off Laurie Strode from Halloween 2018 with Sally

So now Sally's a hardened bad ass whos waited over 50 years for revenge, let me guess she also has a compound with a ton of guns as well huh?

And that fucking joke at the end of the trailer where the people have their phones out threatening to cancel Leatherface, that right there shows you these filmmakers have zero clue what made the original movie work. The original felt like a snuff movie, like we was actually watching some dirty grainy footage of real people who was killed by some crazed cannibals in Texas.

This drizzling garbage feels so Hollywood and polished it makes me sick. Are we ever gonna a TCM movie that tries to replicate the feeling of the original? make it dirty looking, make it almost feel like a documentary, make it feel real.

It'll be even worse. There's not enough characters to bring back, and silly that Leatherface is just free that long, and someone else playing Sally. It just feels tacked on. But the whole series is shoddy. They're always a fun watch but they never blow me away.

I agree with you on all counts. Unfortunately we probably won't get another like that, if for no other reason than the method of filmmaking used for the original is now considered obsolete and it's hard and expensive to do it that way now.

And she brings a pump shotgun firing what appears to be rock salt considering the damage it did to Leatherface. Seriously, these morons need to use double ought buck that will absolutely fuck up the target. Not to mention she had the opportunity to end it at one point and she just doesn't.

Yeah she risks the lives of the girls by letting him get to the car when she could have just shot him in the house. Annoying as fuck!

A better idea would have had Laurie and Sally team up to take on Michael Myers and Leatherface and make it a Lifetime Original movie on cable TV instead of a theatrical or Netflix release
