what was Hattie about to say?

When Jenny is scolding Graham at his apartment that he never told her that david was married, Hattie sits on the arm of Jennys chair and starts to say something like "well, when I first found out that..", Graham tells her to be quiet and shuts her up real fast. What do you suppose she was going to say? It seemed to be about some issue Hattie had to deal. Her own revelation/issue she had to contend with in the past regarding those guys. One that was different than jennys/davids issue. I wonder what she was going to say.

I think you mean Danny and Helen. I'm not sure what Helen was about to say, but if I had to guess, I think Helen is used to lifestyle and just accepts whatever Danny and David throw at her because she wants to keep up that lifestyle.

I think she found that Danny was married and that she was his 'Jenny'.

That was my first thought. Second thought: Helen knows that Danny cheats on HER.

There is something sad in the look Helen gives David when Jenny and Danny are dancing.
It's the 'Oh no, here we go again' look.

I just rewatched this and was wondering this as well. I thought that perhaps Helen didn't know about David being married, and she had just found out as well.

Didn't the wife say that Jenny wasn't the first girl? I think Hattie was gonna say when she first found out that he was married it was when he was with another woman.
