Camille is a man, right?

Or at least was one at one point.

I've been wondering about this myself.

I can't stop watching her neck for an adam's apple but it is so wrinkly. And then that mole on her face distracts me.

reply

The mole combined with the exaggerated, overly-lined lips and the dark dark dark raccoon eyes; my eyes don't know where to look. I usually end up focusing on the ponytail...

Am I anywhere near the imaginary cliff?

reply

You forgot the stenciled on eyebrows and giant hoop earrings. She's pretty sweet once you get past that. Still, I'd prefer Keasha.

reply

She always looks like she just got done eating chocolate. That lip liner is horrible.
These shows are supposed to have make-up artists that do the make-up and hair before they film. Why do they do that?
Awful......

I was wondering the same thing! I kept thinking that something about her appearance was just... off. When I was watching some episodes the other day, I realized she sort of looked like a drag queen. I'm not putting her down because I think she's nice, but I was wondering too.

reply

she does look like a drag queen!!!

reply

I think she looks like Liza Minelli

My husband walked through the room when I was watching the other day and said the same thing ---- "Is that a man?"

I'm actually really shocked that's she's allowed to go to work like that. You'd think they would say something to her. She could look so much better. And that mole has to be cancerous.

I'm supposed to be drinking a soda right now!

reply

Caramel that was funny. I do wonder why they haven't told her anything yet. Keisha got better weaves/wigs, so somebody needs to help out Camille. Her appearance, at least for me, would make me feel some-kind-of-way if she was my consultant.

I woulda been here sooner, but I was thinking up that "ham on rye" line.

reply

Keisha is so beautiful and sweet. I adore her. I seriously want to be her friend.

I was happy for her when she made that 21K sale on the Pnina. You go, Keisha!

On the website, her profile says she got the job when she went there to get a dress for her son's wedding or something. So she was a woman when they hired her. Yes, that mole looks like it could have been a parasitic twin that didn't finish developing in the womb! But the lips outlined (*way* outside the lips) in brown with pink in the center is baffling...but every time I try to really look at them, my eyes get drawn to that mole...and then back to the brown lip liner...it's like I'm mesmerized.

I'm just surprised that in NYC and working at a posh place like Kleinfelds she is still doing the lipliner thing which went out a few years ago. Somebody needs to tell her and Pamela Anderson too.

They get a ton of tacky brides from all over in that shop. I bet Camille is a perfect mommie-figure for them.

"New York City" isn't all fashion models and stock brokers. It's made up of 4 boroughs (kind of like regions) other than Manhattan: Brooklyn, Staten Island, Queens and The Bronx.

So even if Camille seems kind of low-rent, she's a regular NYC type that people in Manhattan interact with unblinkingly every day, regardless of social status.
