What is that hipswaying and waving of bouquet entrance that most brides do

I guess they are nervous and don't know what else to do , so the couple enters doing that stupid fist-pumping and jiggy dancing thing.

They should just walk normally, smile and wave.

I know right? It's almost like as if they're happy and excited to be married. What losers!

I would assume they are happy to be married, but the side-to-side hip buck the guys do doesn't say "excited" it says "can't dance".
