What kind of "tough guy" talks sh!t to a girl then freezes up whines, cries, and pisses his pants when he's not around his family or his friends. He's the reason Brenda bullied Esther in the hallway at the school. He was talking that tough guy stuff at the table, but when Esther sorted him out in his room he didn't do anything.

Gosh Max was braver than him was and Max was younger and had a disability. I didn't feel sorry at all for him in the Tree house scene. Because he could have prevented that earlier in the movie.

The actor that plays Daniel is always typecast as a whiny punk so it doesn't surprise me. Wonder if he's like that in real life.

Are you kidding me? He was being a jerk bc he was jealous and resented her, very much prick behavior on his part, but what do you expect a child to do when someone puts a razor blade to his crotch and threatens him like a mafia godfather??
