call me stupid, but i've only seen the film once so far and i'm still trying to figure out how the chant tied in with the deaths; 'forget me nots' and such. could you fill me in please?

I think the fact that she was in a coma, she was kind of ignored by heaven perhaps?

they've all become forgotten, but its not too late, if they can kill whatever the evil girls name was I'd assume they'd all be brought back, but their fates were "sealed"
You're not stupid, this film was. Don't try to make sense of it, it will only make your head hurt. Try to forget that you ever saw it, and you'll be better off.

shareOk if you notice that in the one of the scenes The guy says "The last one standing wins(alive)" So everyone died which means that sealed sandys fate and Angela then killed her and sealed her own fate meaning to get out of her coma and putting sandy in one. (Im not an expert im not sure if thats what this movie is based on Just my theory) :]

shareFirst off the movie was not stupid, you probably didn't understand the concept. And I don't think Sandy was killed, even though she fell off the roof, she's just in a coma. But yeah it was something:

They "released" her by playing the game again, which caused her split-personality or ghost if you'd like to call it come back.
8, 9, 10, run and hide, or join her at the devil's side.
Clearly, when the first was killed, she joined Angela and so they kept joining her at her side as the ghost list kept growing

Each time someone was killed, it was like nobody knew that they were there with altered whatever was happening currently, but Sandy was the only one awar until it was her and her brother left
Midnight comes it's not too late, kill the ghost or seal your fate.
When Sandy was the last one, she knew time was almost up and had to kill Angela before the ghosts got her, but Angela ended up getting her which sealed her fate and caused them to swap places and Sandy was in a coma.
