How scary is this movie?

I am a really easily scared person. I want to see this movie but am afraid that I will find it too scary. Could you compare it to Sixth Sense? (This is the only even remotely horror like film I've seen) Thank you so much.

Its not scary but you seem scared if the toilet flushes too loud so you'll be terrified watching this.
