Hell, given the connection between vampires and Judas, it seems like taking a drink from the Holy Grail might do the trick. If not that, it seems like they should have something else that would work.

I think that, because she was 403 and outlived her human life expectancy, even if they'd cured her she'd just catch up to being a dead woman.
shareI don't think that was the point at all. She had lived for 400 years, she had allready had more than a full life and wanted to die, she wanted rest. When she fullfilled her destiny(killing Dracula or whatever it know was) she was ready for the big sleep.
