Could Rex intro car scene get made today?

I was watching the first scene with Rex on YouTube and found it hilarious. The first time I saw this in the theater everyone was rolling.

But given how blatantly insulting and homophobic it is, do you think this scene could get made today?

2007/2008 is far different from 2015. Just wondering the board's thoughts....my guess is no.

Err... Isn't it pretty clear that the scenes are quite ridiculous on their own? They're meant to be over the top, idiotic and funny, not offensive.
