Is "Dollhouse" a perfect example of how Joss Whedon perceives women in the industry?

Blank bodies with inserted personalities. The women who tried to break free, and those who helped them, were roped back in and forced to serve. He wanted it to be a commentary on the industry, and it ended up exposing his own bias. His self-insertion was the guy who reprogramed the dolls each time they came back.

Or he likes to produce shows with hot women in tight clothes moving around since that has been known to be a winner since Charlie's Angels TV show and until the most recent Charlie's Angels movie.

Follow the money. That makes more sense.
