Referring to the episodes dealing with Alpha's past <1x12, for example, I think there is another> ..where on earth does anyone pronounce San Pedro as 'San Peedro' instead of 'San Pehdro'? I can't believe this would be the case in California.

shareAs someone who hails from the area (Los Angeles harbor area) and graduated from San Pedro High School, everyone (but EVERYONE) pronounces it "San Peedro". Always has, always will. Just one of those local eccentricities.
Don't get me started on how "Cabrillo Beach" is pronounced in the same locality!
Well in Colorado, a lot of people pronounce Pueblo "Pee-eb-lo" and Buena Vista "Byuna-vista". You tell me....
