There are nude pictures of Paz all over the internet. Her boobs look the same in all those pictures as they do in this movie. They are real.
Props to her for being willing to show them off. Many women wouldn't do so with such uneven breasts. And while most women have asymmetrical breasts, these are more exaggerated than most.
Real live breast, bucko. they are rarely the same size. The left one is usually bigger, as a matter of fact.
