Do these 'experts' not know of Diet Green Tea bottled?

They compared whether green tea should be drank hot or cold. They used a cup of hot tea from tea bags and a cup of cold tea from tea bags and a bottled of Green Tea (much like the bottled water products).

They said the tea bag type cold was better to drink than the hot.

However, they said to avoid the bottled Green Tea at all costs because there was too much sugar in them.

Hello! I drink Diet Green Tea with Citrus in the bottles which has 0 sugar, 0 calories, 0 carbs, 0 fat, etc. In fact, this particular bottled diet green tea must be one of the #1 selling kind on the market because every where I go the shelves are full of them. Yet these so termed "experts" did not mention anything about the diet kind like they've never heard of it.

Are we suppose to believe these people are professional experts?

First, I'll say.. I don't believe everything they say either.. they pretty much scare you and get you paranoid when it comes to minor things like germs on your towel! I mean, how many times should you wash your towel everytime you use it? Especially, when you want to save water and money on detergent!? They had to put the towel under a blue light and the whole audience just freaked out! lol

Yet, I know for a long time that there are sweeteners in "diet" drinks and food. Sweetener is a type of sugar that they use as a filler and I think that is what the doctors were getting at. You can't believe everything used on a label. They are trying to sell the product. Diet products are not good for us either.

If it says sweetener, you will know it's a artificial filler, but there is no way of getting away from it, except if you drink water. I haven't seen that episode, so I'm not sure if they mentioned that.
