This is probably my favorite Scorsese movie which I know is a very unpopular opinion but this was just so well done.

It’s right up there for me. I put The Departed and Casino ahead of it, but it’s incredible seeing what Scorsese can do with a more straightforward thriller structure.

I wish he’d done more like this. Hell, I wish Hollywood still made thrillers.

Kudos to DiCaprio, not my favourite actor, who absolutely nails those final scenes.
