I think he's mostly based on people like Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk, but some viewers see Mister. Rogers and Joe Biden.

To me it was clearly Steve Jobs for the tech part, but also Bezos for the space part (BASH rockets resemble New Glenn).

He represents modern American capitalism, and traits are borrowed from a number of different real life figures. He isn't a parody of just one person
