It was a great movie but I doubt a sequel would be as good because the shock factor is gone. But it still could be better than most movies today! Is there a sequel or not?

The sequel should be Christine in hell and she fights of the demons then climbs her way back to earth. That would be awesome. Groovy.
shareANY hope for Christine Brown would negate the premise of the first movie. Christine is doomed for eternity for dissing an old witch/bitch/gypsy.
Sequels are possible, but would require something like people looking for Christine and consulting gypsies or the psychic.
Someone else may be violently taken to hell, but no hope for Christine -- aside from maybe a fiery and mournful seance.

A sequel is very doubtfull especially after so many years. But if a sequel ever was made i think "Drag Me From Hell" would be an appropriate title
