I'm in the UK and its been noted alot that the C2 Bluray does'nt play on certain BR players (mines a sony) without a memory stick inserted. I did this and it was fine but the other day it no longer plays anymore even with the stick in. My patience is drawing thin so any help on this matter is welcomed and you could stop me from throwing the thing out of the window!

I realize im late in responding BUT what does it use the memory stick for? Does it use the flash memory as a buffer to hold processed video before playing it?

If so you may have fried out the memory in the flash drive. If thats the case I know of no way to fix the flash drive and can only reccomend buying a new one.
